That’s you
- You have a hospitality background and enjoy your work at the reception desk
- You speak German and English fluently
- Organization and a confident appearance is not a problem for you
- You are communicative and like to share your absolute hot spots in Frankfurt with our guests
- Team spirit is as important to you as it is to us, you are always supporting and encouraging your team
That’s your new job
- You are responsible for a warm welcome and goodbye and know how to make guests happy
- You are the first contact person for all guest issues
- You will not only check our guests in and out, but you will also be responsible for taking reservations and billing
- Your ideas and suggestions are always welcome
